The Workshop will take place in-person only on Thursday 14 - Friday 15 December at the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS), 555 Pennsylvania Avenue NW, Washington, D.C., USA. 

ORAL PRESENTATIONS

Presentation times will be available here soon. 

Please ensure you bring your presentation to the Speaker Ready Room at least 2 hours prior to your scheduled presentation time. If your presentation is scheduled for the morning session, please bring your completed presentation to the Speaker Ready Room the evening prior to your presentation.

Plenary presentations are scheduled for 30 minutes followed by 15 minutes of discussion.

Oral abstract presentations are scheduled for 10 minutes followed by 5 minutes of questions from the audience (please note: if you are presenting your oral directly after the Long Covid roundtable there will be 2 minutes of questions per abstract.)

All presentations should be prepared in 16:9 (widescreen) PowerPoint format. 

Please note: Mac PowerPoint files should be converted to PC format in advance of the meeting, as font changes and frame shifts may alter your presentation.

POSTER PRESENTATIONS

Poster numbers will be available here soon. 

The Poster Session is scheduled for Thursday 14 December from 16:30 to 18:30, room 822, 8th floor (time subject to change). Posters can be set up from 08:00 on Thursday 14 December, and must be taken down by 18:00 on Friday 15 December.  Posters remaining after this time will be discarded.

Even numbered posters will be presented between 16:30 – 17:30 and odd numbered posters between 17:30 – 18:30.

Please note: Abstracts selected for poster presentation must be presented in LANDSCAPE orientation. Poster board dimensions are 182cm (width) x 121cm (height). Please ensure your poster fits within these borders.
