European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME) The 24th International Workshop on Long-term Complications of HIV and SARS-CoV-2 has been submitted for accreditation by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME®). Each medical specialist should claim only those credits that he/she actually spent in the educational activity. The EACCME® is an institution of the European Union of Medical Specialists (UEMS), www.uems.net. Through an agreement between the European Union of Medical Specialists and the American Medical Association, physicians may convert EACCME® credits to an equivalent number of AMA PRA Category 1 CreditsTM. Information on the process to convert EACCME® credits to AMA credits can be found at www.ama-assn.org/go/internationalcme. Live educational activities occurring outside of Canada, recognized by the UEMS-EACCME® for ECMEC® credits are deemed to be Accredited Group Learning Activities (Section 1) as defined by the Maintenance of Certification Program of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) The International Workshop on Long-term Complications of HIV and SARS-CoV-2 has been planned and implemented in accordance with the Standards for Integrity and Independence with the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint providership of the Institute for Medical and Nursing Education (IMNE), and International Medical Press (IMP). IMNE is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians. IMNE designates this live educational activity for a maximum of 3.25 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s) TM. Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity. |
