**Registration rates include admission to all plenary and poster sessions for two days. All rates include vat & taxes. Registration rate excludes accommodation - see below for further information regarding accommodation options.  

Meeting venue

Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS), 555 Pennsylvania Avenue NW, Washington, D.C., USA.

The Workshop will comprise two full-day sessions on Thursday 14^th - Friday 15^th December 2023. Exact timings to follow. 

If you are responsible for a group of delegates, please register each of your delegates individually and then contact the IMP conference secretariat to discuss this in detail and to advise which registered delegates should fall within your group.

Please note that registration will close on Friday 24^th November 2023 at 23:59 GMT, therefore all registrations will need to be made prior to this date. After this, limited registrations will be available.

Accommodation

IMP have contracted a limited number of rooms at a reduced rate at the Moxy Downtown Hotel in Washington DC for Wednesday 12th, Thursday 13^th and Friday 14^th December (3 nights). Further information.
